We produce Copper Powder in Reduction Process with the help of latest machineries & Equipments.

Copper Powder is the basic raw material for many of the sintered products. These products find their uses in aircrafts, space crafts, parts for guns, porous metal bearings, self lubricated bearings, iron based alloys, filter gas diffusers, welding rods, bimetallic strips and electrical parts, car bushes etc. We also offer copper Tamping powder for the carbon brush Industry. These powders are highly pure, and have high apparent density.

*Growth: When copper powder is mixed with tin and sintered the dimension of the sintered part increases.

We offer various grades in which this dimensional change can be controlled and hence there are No growth and No Shrinkage (NGNS), Low Growth (LG) and High Growth (HG) grades.

NGNS: After sintering the dimension of the sintered part does not change much and remains within 0.2%.

LG: After sintering the dimension of the sintered part increases by 0.2% - 0.4%.
HG: After sintering the dimension of the sintered part increases by 0.4% - 0.7%.

These variants (with growth) can be provided in both the Standard 100 as well as Standard 300 grades.

Specialized Copper Powder:
High Purity and fine particle size results in high electrical conductivity and strength of finished carbon brushes.

* SLM has developed this special powder which is 300 mesh in size and has got excellent Flowability.

Tamping Powder:
Tamping powder is used for tamping stranded wires into the corresponding bores in the bushes. Features of this powder are its extremely low oxygen and excellent Flow ability assuring high performance of the tamping contact.

Packaging:
Copper Powder has a three stage packaging. First copper Powder is packed in Polyliners, then in HDP bags & after that they are packed in M.S.drums for dispatch.
